best oil for my 89 quest

i has a mishap with oil b4. some guy put synthetic oil in my quest which had 90,000 miles. ok so now i no my head gasket iz wreckd and my valve cover went 2. so now with a ported and polished head and new valve cover and head gasket which oil should i use????? I use to think this quest which i bought a yr ago and only drove 4 a week was nothing but badluck. the first day i brought it out got pulled over and surrounded by many cops. and then nothin but tickets and more tickets. radiator problems. but now im close to makin my quest movin again. and i feel like my lucks changing. i cant wait till i get it back on the road (ricers beware Twisted Evil

). but back to the beginning topic what oil shud i use??

summer time castroil 20-50 , winter 10-30 but it won't matter if you don't change your aditude about driveing , you won't be for long
